ECGSA Board Meeting

April 14, 2025/ Expresso Pizza/ 6 pm

• Call to order at 6 pm by Kristi Hamilton

• Attendance- Kristi, Tracy, Ronnie, Trudy, Melissa, Kasey (Heidi Absent- Work)

• Previous minutes read by Tracy.

  • Kasey motioned, Kristi seconded. Motion carried.

• Treasury Report- $23350.52

• Uniforms- $4608.00- Beattys

• Sprit Wear- $2230- Liquid

• Concession Stand Clean and Restock weekend of April 18th- 19th, and the following week.

• Raffle sales- Waiting on most tickets to be turned in. 

  • Every girl is required to turn in 20 tickets ($200,00)

  • Top prizes have been ordered- JBL custom speakers

• Field Updates

  • Top field needs to be leveled and filled

  • Bottom field is still too wet to work on. 

    • A total fix will be completed at the end of the season.

  • Ronnie made a new field drag (We will post the old one for sale)

• Picture Day is April 27th. Rick Black Photography (Online ordering)

  • Immediately following is meet the team

• Custom tents for tournaments and tarps for fields were voted on

  • Trudy motioned, Melissa seconded. Motion carried.

• SCGFSA meeting went well for 8u/ 10u/12u 

  • Schedules were given to coaches.

• Mower

  • Needs serviced (Ronnie will take care of)

  • Possibly sell to replace with a 4wheeler/ UTV

    • All in agreement on selling mower.

• Coaches will receive cash for umpire fees in the coming week.

• Spirit wear- Sales good, NO second order this year at this time.

• Friendlies- 8u Boyle out of Friendlies, they will be at a travel tournament.

• Lime for fields purchased. $191.04 for 24 bags (DiPetros paid)

  • Delivered 10 bags top field/ 14 bags bottom field.

• Garage needs rearranged/ organized (Ronnie)

• CPR/ First Aid

  • Amy can do a Friday night to certify everyone. (Free if no red cross cards, $30 if we receive cards. Same training either way.)

• Next meeting June 1st at noon, Expresso Pizza

• Motion to adjourn at 6:53  by Trudy, seconded by Tracy.
